Lacan Group The support of Lacan Group to the Paulista Chamber Orchestra started in 2006, with the launching of the CD Sarau Brazil. Rescue of Brazilian classic composers, the work had ample repercussion. It was object of diverse news articles in the press and programs of radio and television. The CD took the Orchestra, its musicians, singers and maestro Branco Bernardes to a deserved recognition. When it was presented to us, the project did not have the elements considered obvious for the success in the entertainment industry. The Brazilian composers of erudite music, for example, were forgiven in the nation. We decide to support the initiative because it was emblematic of the values that guide the activities of Lacan Group. Permanent commitment with quality and excellence, obsessive research for opportunities and fine tuning with the demand of our customers are the principles that made Lacan a company respected and admired in Brazil in its activities - asset management, corporate finance and strategic information. For the same reason, we are back supporting the CD Curumim that brings compositions of Camargo Guarnieri. Considered the most important Brazilian composer after Villa-Lobos, Guarnieri would have his 100 anniversary in 2007. The access to his masterpieces in Brazil is very difficult. We are very proud in showing to our customers, collaborators and to the public a good sample of his music, one of the exponents of the Brazilian culture. |
